Victoria, our Managing Director, spent years working inside youth-serving organizations. From the inside, she watched leaders try to do it all. They'd started their organizations to help kids grow and thrive, but their days were swallowed by HR paperwork, finance headaches, marketing scrambles, and the operational fires that come with running any organization. The work that pulled them away from the work that mattered.
Victoria saw a better way. What if there was a team that could take all of that off mission-driven leaders' plates? Not consultants giving advice from the sidelines. Not a vendor with a slide deck. A real team of finance, HR, marketing, and operations pros, embedded in the work, doing it for them. She believed it would work. She set out to build it.
She started with a few organizations. The difference was immediate: fewer fires, smoother systems, more time for the mission. And it quickly became obvious this wasn't a one-off. Leaders across camps, schools, early childhood programs, and enrichment organizations were all carrying too much alone. Today, Polaris Solutions grew into what Victoria had imagined: a back-office and marketing team for mission-driven organizations across the country.
Victoria combines a creative background with deep expertise in nonprofit operations. With a knack for building effective systems and a talent for making finances approachable, she empowers youth-focused organizations—from camps and schools to arts programs—to feel confident in their growth. She’s worked across sectors to help leaders trade overwhelm for clarity and build foundations that last.
Nicole is a content marketing specialist with experience across entertainment and camps. She brings with her a multi-faceted mindset having supported global campaigns in television and film, as well as high-profile events and live productions. At Polaris, she utilizes the power of social media and storytelling to help youth organizations share their missions with clarity and impact, a passion rooted in her own time spent at summer camp.
Nate is a marketing strategist with a background in design, education start-ups, and mission-driven agencies. His experience includes leading brand and content strategy for education startups & agencies focused on reimagining education for young learners. He brings a strategic, creative lens to every campaign, helping youth-focused teams amplify their impact through marketing that drives revenue.
Kaitlen is a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and mission. With years of experience supporting arts nonprofits and youth organizations, she’s led teams through operational overhauls, strategic transitions, and messy middle moments. Whether it’s a new tool, process, or plan, Kaitlen helps leaders move from chaos to clarity—with heart and precision.
Carly is a finance pro with an artist’s heart. With a background in theatre and nonprofit administration, Carly brings compassion, honesty, and a playful edge to her expertise with all things payroll. Since 2018, she’s worked with creatives and small businesses to hone in on their finances and build confidence in their processes.
Andy brings a lifelong passion for youth development and over a decade of experience running organizations that serve kids and families. He’s seen firsthand how hard it is to balance meaningful programming with complex operations. He started Polaris Solutions to be the partner he once needed—someone who could take care of the backend so he can focus on what matters.
