Victoria, our Managing Director, spent years working inside youth-serving organizations. From the inside, she watched leaders try to do it all. They'd started their organizations to help kids grow and thrive, but their days were swallowed by HR paperwork, finance headaches, marketing scrambles, and the operational fires that come with running any organization. The work that pulled them away from the work that mattered.
Victoria saw a better way. What if there was a team that could take all of that off mission-driven leaders' plates? Not consultants giving advice from the sidelines. Not a vendor with a slide deck. A real team of finance, HR, marketing, and operations pros, embedded in the work, doing it for them. She believed it would work. She set out to build it.
She started with a few organizations. The difference was immediate: fewer fires, smoother systems, more time for the mission. And it quickly became obvious this wasn't a one-off. Leaders across camps, schools, early childhood programs, and enrichment organizations were all carrying too much alone. Today, Polaris Solutions grew into what Victoria had imagined: a back-office and marketing team for mission-driven organizations across the country.
Andy brings a decade of running organizations that serve kids and families. He started Polaris to be the back-office partner he once needed as a camp director.
Victoria leads client strategy and operations, with experience across camps, arts organizations, nonprofits, and small businesses. She specializes in turning complicated back-office work into systems leaders can actually use.
Nate leads marketing across brand, web, content, search, digital advertising, and campaign strategy, helping organizations turn attention into action.
Nicole leads content and social media, combining storytelling, design, and campaign execution to help organizations communicate clearly and consistently.
Carly manages payroll and employee administration, keeping recurring payroll work accurate, organized, and responsive to each client's team.
Patrick supports day-to-day client operations across systems, vendors, projects, and administration, helping keep the details from landing back on leadership.
Kaitlen brings deep experience in operations, data, organizational change, and the arts. She builds practical systems for teams that need structure without unnecessary complexity.
