Kaitlen Osburn

Kaitlen is a systems thinker with a creative core. Originally from Tennessee, she has lived and worked in youth development communities across the country, from Kentucky and Chicago to California. With a BFA in Theater from Western Kentucky University and an MFA from Dell’Arte International, Kaitlen combines artistic vision with operational precision.

Over a decade at Minnesota Fringe, she led everything from volunteer management to business operations—where she found her love for streamlining systems, improving workflows, and helping arts and youth organizations run smoothly behind the scenes. She’s worked with Salesforce, supported data infrastructure for nonprofits, and led major transitions for orgs like Minnesota Theater Alliance and Sumanur Music & Dance.

Kaitlen is also a longtime youth educator, currently running a high school drama program and teaching in schools, camps, and community settings. At Polaris, she brings together all her skills—tech, theater, and tenacity—to help youth organizations stay organized, adaptable, and mission-aligned.
