Victoria Golden

Managing Director

Victoria grew up in Kentucky, where she spent summers sailing at Bear Creek Aquatic Camp—first as a camper, then as a counselor. After graduating from American University with a BA in Spanish Studies and a minor in Theater, she moved to Chicago to work in the storefront theater scene and teach creative drama (relying heavily on those camp counselor skills).

In 2016, she joined Brain Arts Production as Program Director, where she quickly had to learn how to keep a small arts nonprofit afloat—and legally compliant. Since then, she’s worked with organizations across many industries, including the Girl Scouts, Playmakers Laboratory, Whole Child Arts, The Neo-Futurists, The Chicago Chess Foundation, Brandtrust, Trudo Realty, and Dental Dreams. Her specialty is building systems that work across industries while finding the right solution for each unique team. Her secret power? Getting people actually excited about their finance meetings (her Fixed Asset presentation was once called “the best meeting we’ve ever had”).

Polaris Solutions was born when Victoria saw how much time leaders at youth-focused organizations were spending on tasks that pulled them away from their mission—things like HR, payroll, operations, and compliance. While managing operations for one of Andy’s businesses, she realized there had to be a better way. So she pitched it: an agency that could take on the busywork and embed directly with teams doing meaningful work with kids and families.

Now, as Managing Director at Polaris, Victoria leads client operations and strategic planning—bringing clarity, calm, and smarter systems to camps, schools, and youth development organizations across the country. She’s built a team that thrives on solving problems, removing friction, and helping leaders get back to what they do best.
