Polaris Solutions was born out of firsthand experience. Andy, our founder and lifelong camp director, has built and led organizations centered around youth development. He knew what it was like to juggle program delivery with payroll, HR, and compliance—and how crucial it is to have trusted support behind the scenes. Polaris was created to fill that gap.
