Nicole grew up just outside of Kansas City, Kansas, where she spent nearly every summer at camp, first as a camper and then on staff. It was there she learned leadership, hard work, and the power of community. The lessons learned and friendships created there remain with her and continue to shape how she approaches her work with creativity, collaboration and a belief in the impact youth organizations can have.
After earning a degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Nicole began her career in media and entertainment. She worked across marketing, events, and live television as part of NBCUniversal’s Page Program before moving to HBO Max. There, she helped launch global marketing campaigns for some of your favorite TV series and films .Now, at Polaris, Nicole focuses on utilizing social media, design, and storytelling to maximize the potential of youth organizations.
She brings both strategy and creativity to every project, helping groups share their missions with clarity and impact. Outside of work, Nicole loves exploring new cities through local restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. A traveler, reader, and home cook, she is currently embracing the nomadic life and the stories—whether on the page, stage, or screen—she finds in each new locale she calls home.
